Terms of Service

ThredPay is currently in private beta. These Terms govern your use of thredpay.com and our waitlist today, and will govern use of the full ThredPay platform once it becomes available.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing thredpay.com or joining our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our website or services.

2. The service

ThredPay is a payroll, HR, and compliance software platform for businesses operating in Canada. The platform is not yet generally available; access is currently limited to a private beta and waitlist.

3. Account registration

When ThredPay opens for onboarding, you'll be asked to create an account and provide accurate information about yourself and your business. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse ThredPay's website or services โ€” including attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, submitting false information, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Fees & payment

Once available, ThredPay will be billed according to the plan you select, as described on our Pricing page. Joining our waitlist is free and does not obligate you to purchase anything.

6. Intellectual property

The ThredPay name, logo, and all website content are the property of ThredPay Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

7. Termination

You may unsubscribe from our waitlist at any time. Once the platform is live, either party may terminate an account in accordance with the applicable service agreement.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Our website and waitlist are provided "as is." While we work hard to keep information accurate, ThredPay makes no guarantees about the availability or launch timeline of the full platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThredPay is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as ThredPay evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "last updated" date.
